Web
Site Design
Promotion
of Services on the Internet
A
web site can be a reflection of the company. If
included in a total marketing effort, the site can
provide the essential information that sells your
services to potential customers. It may, or may not,
imitate collateral marketing materials but it should
be plain to the customer that it adheres to
corporate branding initiatives. We can help solidify
the brand for companies promoting their services on
the Internet. We can also ensure that these efforts
are in line with the Internet portals designed to
find your site when it comes time to promote your
site. Design parameters will be established in the
discovery phase and a navigational site map will
based on the information you want to promote.
We
will begin with the basics to develop a sound
platform for navigation. This will include a review
of the following areas
- Home
Page;
- Services
that your company provides;
- Site
Map;
- Links;
- Contact
Us and Feedback Form;
- Human
Resources and Employment Opportunities;
- Divisions
of the Company;
- History;
- About
Your Company.

A
flow chart similar to that on the right will
be developed to outline the processes and
begin preparation of services for
development and integration. Details will be
added in the discovery phase of development.

Web
site development
The
process begins with an initial design meeting. At the
meeting a good faith estimate is prepared based on the
results of the meeting and the desires of your company.
This is an ala carte representation
of a typical corporate informational site. These
are estimates based on the requirements of a typical
customer, prices subject to change without notice.

of Services or Goods on the Internet
This
phase will use the resources prepared in press releases,
documentation, and collateral materials for text
insertion. Graphics that are
electronically stored and ready to use will greatly reduce
development time, thus reducing costs. Graphics that
fulfill this requirement are those in the following
format: .png, jpeg, gif, tiff, eps, pict, PhotoShop .psd,
or pcx. Documents that can be scanned and electronically
reproduced will reduce development somewhat.
Estimates
for this phase will assume there is a 60 percent amount of
text and graphics previously created. The remainder of the
text will be written from industry research and
interviews. Graphics will be created using two-dimensional
drawing and graphic editing programs. Extensive two and
three-dimensional artwork will elevate costs.

are estimates based on the requirements of a typical
customer, prices subject to change without notice.
